Dr can you please answer a question? I live int the tropical area, so temperature is mostly above 30 My house space is designed in a way so that light or air can go through it although no direct sun light comes inside. And i spend much time in my room where thick curtains protect me... But a few times i do need to go out of my bedroom for 10 to 20 minutes but no DIRECT sun exposure. Then do i need to use spf or such little uv will not cause much damage...? Also i have sun damage from before as my face has years of stubborn tan which i want to rmove.

this is true, my skin only got worse when i tried a facial and expected it to cleanse my face totallt, when it actually just worsened my acne scars 😢 (i have sensitive skin type)

Filipino people now, I believe, lack discipline and I think that it’s one of the reasons the country is not progressing as it should.
